About Me
Welcome to the 2021-2022 School year! I am so excited to back in the classroom full time with my students. This is my 2nd year teaching at Mountain View and I couldn't be happier to be here! Prior to teaching I spent 13 years working with students as a behavior specialist and truly enjoy finding ways to make education more accessible for all students. I have a Bachelors in psychology, a Masters in Special Education and a passion for learning new and innovative ways to work with students.
Outside of teaching, my biggest passion is my family. I have 3 amazing boys (18, 17 & 5) and a 4th on coming in early spring. My husband and I enjoy spending as much time as we can outdoors and teaching our boys the importance of giving back to your community. My husband is an avid runner which takes our family on many adventures across the country and allows us to enjoy even more of nature!
